Bisou Bouche
I touched with my gaze — a collective exhibition
In a world saturated with violent images, I touched with my gaze questions what we choose to look at, and what we decide to give importance to.
Led by the collective Bisou Bouche, the exhibition brings together ten artists around a practice of looking understood as an ethical and political gesture.
Through photography, sound, and video, their works explore intimate territories often kept out of sight: relationships, bodies, domestic spaces, and forms of belonging. Far from any uniformity, these subjectivities assert a plurality of viewpoints that resist dominant regimes of representation.
Here, photographing becomes an act of resistance: making the ordinary visible, bringing forth sensitive narratives, and producing alternative memories.
Designed as a passage, the exhibition offers a slow and immersive experience, inviting visitors to reconsider how they see. A show that turns the gaze into a space of attention, displacement, and reclamation.
