Artists, galleries, curators… Give your projects the spotlight during one of the biggest events in contemporary photography. Be part of a dynamic program that’s widely promoted and accessible via the InPhoto Festival app.Deadline: June 1, 2025!
Why participate?
Your exhibition will be:
- Included in the OFF Photo 2025 printed program, distributed on a massive scale
- Featured in the printed program (15,000 copies) and the InPhoto app, where visitors can interact with the artworks (scan photos, access info, buy online…)
- Promoted on OFF’s communication channels (website, social media, etc.)
How to sign up:

- 1. Choose the size of your program listing
- 1/3 page: 1 exhibition – 400 characters – €200
2/3 page: up to 2 exhibitions – 800 characters – €350
Full page: up to 4 exhibitions – 1,000 characters – €600
More than 4 exhibitions? Contact us for a custom package.
2. Fill in your details
- Exhibitor info: Name, pronoun (if desired), email, phone, status (artist, gallery owner, curator, other)
Venue info: Name, type (gallery, studio…), full address, window display (yes/no)
3. Give exhibition details
Title, artists' names, description (limited to the character count based on the format you choose)
4. Attach your visuals
Main image required (JPEG/PNG, 300 dpi, photo only) – used for the program and communications
Optional extra images (up to 2 per artist) for the InPhoto app
5. The printed program in 15,000 copies!

6. InPhoto Festival, what’s that?
An interactive app to explore exhibitions, scan works like “Shazam,” get info, and even buy directly. It’s a great tool to reach a wide audience and boost sales.
