The 5 steps of registration
- Prepare your project
Before you begin, make sure you have all the necessary information. - Gather the required materials
- You will need:
☐ An exhibition venue in Arles or the surrounding area
☐ The title of the exhibition
☐ Dates and opening hours
☐ An exhibition text (400, 800, or 1000 characters)
☐ A complete list of artists
☐ The opening (vernissage) date
☐ High-resolution visuals (300 dpi, excluding posters) - Complete the form
Registration is done via the online form and includes the participation fee. - After submission
Our team checks the submitted information. A formatted sheet is sent to you: you have 48 hours to approve it. - During the festival
At the opening, you can collect your signage and programs at the OFF welcome venue:
